Minnetonka, Minn. March 10 -- /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Communications Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:JCS) announced today that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $.14 per share of common stock payable to shareholders of record on March 22, 2010. The dividend will be distributed on April 1, 2010.
