PRESS RELEASE: CSI Announces Payment of Quarterly Dividend

Minnetonka, Minn. December 2 -- /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Communications Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:JCS) announced today that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $.12 per share of common stock payable to shareholders of record on December 15, 2008. The dividend will be distributed on January 2, 2009.
