Minnetonka, Minn. March 10 -- /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Communications Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:JCS)said Friday its board declared a regular quarterly dividend of 12 cents.

The broadband services provider said the dividend is payable April 1 to shareholders of record March 17.
